PMICOS was a College formed in 2003 under guidance by the Project Management Institute. From 2003 through 2008, Fred Plotnick was the Director of Research and tasked with choosing speakers at Annual Conferences. The 2008 Annual Conference featured keynote presentations by John Fondahl and Jim O'Brien. Fred was also able at the 2008 Conference to present Primavera's implementation of his RDCPM protocol in its PertMaster software.
