Our Center City hotel is south of City Hall on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts on Broad Street.
We're across from the Kimmel Cultural Campus and directly above the SEPTA Broad Street Line,
which leads to the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. The Liberty Bell is a mile away. Enjoy our
heated atrium pool and fitness center. Pets are welcome.
This rate is inclusive of resort amenities including:

- Pet Policy: Pets under 50lbs are welcome. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $50 will be charged to Guest’s account prior to check-out, covering up to a maximum of two (2) pets per room. Pets are not allowed in the bar, shop, restaurants, meeting space, pool area, or exercise areas. All pets must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier when out of the room. This includes elevators and public spaces where other guests may be present. Pets must be accompanied in the guest room by a registered guest at all times. If pet is left unattended in the room, Hotel requires pet is secure in an appropriately designed carrier. Additional pet policy terms can be provided upon request. All guests with pets are required to sign a Pet Policy & Registration form at check-in.
